Â
About to lose it?Â
That’s your cue to MOVE!
Â
Stop the spiral FAST.
No talking, no shaming. Just 5 minutes.
Nothing is wrong with you! Â
 Â
You're not bad at calming down.
Your body just has energy stuck in it.
Â
Talking doesn’t release it.
Thinking doesn’t release it.
Trying harder doesn’t release it.
Â
Movement does.
I am a trauma-informed coach, RN, and childhood sexual abuse survivor. I built this playful movement method because high-functioning is not the same as healed.
Your body remembers what your mind tries to forget. I help you move that out.
In 5 minutes, you’ll:
- Feel your shoulders drop away from your ears
- Get out of your spiral and back into your body
- Feel steadier in your skin instead of wanting to crawl out of it
- Move the overwhelm instead of fighting it
- And probably say, “Well… that was weird. But something feels different.”Â
Â
Because your body doesn’t need another lecture — even if it’s coming from you.
It needs a way to move what it’s carrying.
This is for you if:
“Gentle” practices feel irritating when you’re activated
You’re holding it together… until you’re not
You feel buzzy, edgy, or on the verge of snapping
You want relief without using words

About Me
Angie Berrett is a trauma-informed Movement & Embodiment Coach, Registered Nurse, and childhood sexual abuse survivor.
She didn't find this work in a training program. She found it when years of therapy left her understanding her trauma intellectually but still feeling it in her body every single day. She'd done the therapy, read the books, tried the mindset work — and still felt stuck. Talking didn't release it. Thinking didn't release it. Trying harder definitely didn't release it.
Movement did.
She built this method because high-functioning is not the same as healed. Your body remembers what your mind tried to forget — and it deserves a way to finally move that out. Not more processing. Not more information. Just your body getting to release what it's been carrying.
